How to order
Please browse our items and add your selected item(s) to your cart. When you have added your item(s) to the cart, click on go to checkout where you can choose your payment method, complete shipping details and proceed to payment.

You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you need help placing an order, please call the MPS office on 0845 389 9901.

Bulk Orders
If you would like to order a large quantity of goods, please contact the MPS office on 0845 389 9901.

Changing your order
If you need to change your order please contact the MPS Office on 0845 389 9901 and we will do our best to amend your order. We are only able to change your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Cancelling your order
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To check if your order has been dispatched please contact the MPS office on 0845 389 9901.

Dispatching your order
Once your order has been made you will receive an email confirming your order details. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, however, please allow 14 days for delivery.

How to pay
We accept online payment throught paypal and by most credit and debit cards. However if you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please download the relevant order form from the MPS website and send your order and payment to us at the MPS Office.

All cheques and postal orders need to be made out to the MPS Society.

How much does delivery cost?
We charge £3 for standard delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been made you will receive an email confirming your order details (please check your spam folder too, in case it was mis-directed). We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order, however, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Deliveries before Christmas
For UK mainland addresses only. All orders received by 12 December will be delivered by Christmas Eve or sooner.

Do you deliver overseas?
We ship items worldwide and product prices reflect whether delivery is UK, Europe or overseas. Delivery charges listed above are standard regardless of where delivery is to be made.

Problems with your order
Missing items
If you have not received the entire order within 14 days please contact the MPS office on 0845 389 9901. Please remember to quote your order confirmation number.

Wrong items
If you have not received the right goods please get in touch with us upon receipt of your order on 0845 389 9901. Please remember to quote your order confirmation number.

Damaged items
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you've ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact the MPS office on 0845 389 9901.

Please contact us before you return the damaged items and quote your order confirmation number.
